1. Data controller

2. Data you give us when you contact us

This website has no forms and no user accounts. You reach us by LINE, phone or Facebook Messenger. When you do, we receive what you send us:

• Your name and your LINE or Facebook display name
• Your phone number
• Your messages, such as the equipment you want, the rental period, and the site or delivery address

3. How we use your data

Messages and details you send by LINE, phone or Facebook Messenger are used only to answer rental enquiries, give quotes, and arrange delivery and pick-up. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing the rental contract.

Website usage data (section 4) is used to see which pages help, improve the site, and measure our advertising. The legal basis is our legitimate interest.

4. Cookies and analytics tags on this website

This website uses the following tools, which may set cookies in your browser:

• Google Tag Manager (GTM-P2ZJ7W7K): loads and manages the tags below.
• Google Analytics 4: visit statistics such as pages viewed, device and browser, the referring website, and approximate city- or country-level location, tied to a random cookie ID, not your name.
• Meta Pixel (910533338269918): fires when you tap the LINE or phone button on the site, telling Meta (Facebook) that a contact tap happened. We use it to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• Our own cookie ar_click_attr: if you arrive from an ad, we store the ad click IDs (gclid, fbclid) and campaign parameters (utm) for 90 days to see which ads lead to enquiries.

5. How to opt out

• Delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works normally.
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
• Adjust your Meta ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences

6. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. It is processed only by the providers named in this policy: Google (Tag Manager, Analytics), Meta (Pixel, Messenger), LINE, and our website host (Cloudflare), under their own privacy policies. This may involve processing outside Thailand.

7. Retention

• Messages and contact details: kept as long as needed to answer your enquiry, complete the rental and delivery, and as long as accounting and tax law requires (generally no more than 5 years after the rental).
• The ar_click_attr cookie: expires within 90 days.
• Google Analytics and Meta data: kept for the retention period set in those services.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to access, get a copy of, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Send your request by LINE at @ar.tools or call 089-690-9876. We reply within 30 days. If you believe we have broken the law, you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

If we change how we collect or use data, we will update this page and the last-updated date above.
